"Ruslan" is a family operated tourism company specialised in the Aksu-Zhabagly nature reserve 
in Southern Kazakhstan and the surrounding region. Operating from the village of Zhabagly at just a few kilometers from the nature reserve, we offer a wide range of tourism services.

Tourism company "Ruslan" has an in-house guesthouse facility for 11 people. Larger groups of up to 25 people are no problem as they will be split among the other guesthouses in a radius of 50 meter from the office. Stay in the guesthouse includes three meals.
Want to sleep like a real Kazakh? We have original yurts as an alternative for our conventional accommodations. Living in a yurt will bring you closest to Kazakh culture. Yurts are available in Zhabagly village and on a scenic location near the Aksu-Zhabagly nature reserve. The availability depends on the season. Contact us for details.

Horse riding
Horse riding is possible inside and outside the Aksu-Zhabagly nature reserve. Just an hour, or a five day tour? No problem for us. We will provide you with the horses and equipment you need, and a professional guide who will show you the nicest locations in our region.

Not only interested in nature but also in culture? Southern Kazakhstan offers a wide range of interesting places to visit. What about the Hodja Ahmed Yasavi mausoleum in Turkestan, built by the hero Timur? Or the even older but magnificently repaired Uyghur mausoleum of Aisha-Bibi near Taraz? We will organize the transport to these places, no matter if you want to visit it alone or with a large group.
Another location you have to see are the ruins of the city Otrar between Shymkent and Turkestan. This was one of the largest settlements in the world before it was completely destroyed by the Mongols. Don't miss the chance to visit the remnants of the place which some believe was the first city with a million inhabitants on this planet.
